                                 Mission Statement

 The Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee (PVTC) is a not-for-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to promoting the public interest, appreciation and conservation of the resources of Kittatinny Valley State Park (KVSP) with emphasis on its rail-trails. The Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee is the non-profit 501c (3) Officially Recognized Friends Group (ORFO) of the Kittatinny Valley State Park in Andover, NJ.


The PVTC Annual Dinner for 2020 has been CANCELLED.

In order to KEEP PARKS OPEN and all visitors a safe distance from one another : visit close to home : mask up, and make your stay short.

Message from Marty Grossman regarding opening up of State Parks

The PVTC, which is the Officially Recognized Friends Group of the Kittatinny Valley State Park, will adhere to the State directive and not hold any group activities on its trails or within the Park until it receives new instructions from the State.
